The focus of BGF programmes are expanding companies’ production capacity and market penetration as well as internal preparedness towards professionalism and corporate governance. This ensure that all necessary tools are in place for escalating the company to the next level.
BASIC ELIGIBILITY
- The company is incorporated under the Companies Act 2016
- Technology-based company with at least 51% Malaysian-owned
- The company has exceeded RM1.5 million in revenue and not in a loss position
Funding Quantum
- Maximum of up to RM10 million
FUNDING PERIOD
- 5 years
FUNDING INSTRUMENT
- Equity funding via Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares (RCPS)
