DEVELOPMENTAL FUND
DANA UJIBELI
MySTI
INTRODUCTION
Dana Uji Beli is a new fund offered by MTDC in 2024. It is in-line with MOSTI’s
MySTI Programme which was launched in 2023. The fund’s objective is to
promote local R&D products or services by local companies with the objective
to secure and fulfil government procurement.
The prerequisite before applying Dana Uji Beli is for the company to be awarded
MySTI logo together with MySTI unique numbers.
The products and services are targeted for trial basis at Government Ministry or
its Agency for a specific duration.
BASIC ELIGIBILITY
- The company has already obtained MySTI logo and certification.
- The company has registered with the Government E-Procurement.
- The company has received a Letter of Intent/Indication of Intent by the Government Ministry or its Agency
- Local companies registered under ROC (Companies Act 2016).
- The company must be at least 51% owned by Malaysian(s).
ITEMS ELIGIBLE UNDER DUB
- Rental /subscription of the product/service for trial usage.
- Purchase and use for consumable /disposable products.
- Trial usage costs
- Other costs deemed necessary
- Other potential cost
FUNDING QUANTUM
- The funding quantum depends on the project overall costs and is subject to the approvals of the Jawatankuasa Kelulusan Dana (JKD) chaired by KSU of MOSTI.
PROJECT DURATION
- Project duration should not be more than 6 months.

- Grant
DISBURSEMENT PROCESS
- Based on quotation and paid directly to the company (applicant)
MONITORING PROCESS
- Users are required to submit Monthly Performance Report during the trial period.
